CCare Monthly Reports

Beginning in August, Customer Care began preparing a monthly status report for each of our customers. These reports are intended to serve as a snapshot of what we are working on together and what we might work on next to improve results. These are being created for and delivered to our primary contact(s) for each customer.

There are four areas of information that we report on:

  1. Recent Changes - anything that recently changed within the account, like new employees, new distributor relationships, or recent projects.
  2. Currently Working On - the projects that are currently underway, and any next steps to tackle.
  3. Should Work On Next - based on where we are currently, the next projects or points of emphasis to which attention/effort should be directed.
  4. Other - any other notable pieces of information not covered elsewhere.

The reports are sent the first week of each month for the previous month's detail. If you are not receiving the report for your company and would like to, please contact Customer Care to be added to the distribution list.
