Carl Hall, President and CEO

Carl Hall

Carl founded Datalliance in 1991 as a consulting company, and has led the company's transition to a service provider offering the premier vendor managed inventory solution, Datalliance. Carl is responsible for general management of Datalliance and setting the direction for continued product development.

Carl spent 14 years with IBM, acquiring management experience in distribution, customer service and national marketing. As part of the IBM/Procter & Gamble team, Carl helped create the original vendor managed inventory program between Procter & Gamble and Wal-Mart.

In 1991, Carl left IBM to form Datalliance, with a focus on customer service and logistics. Carl has personally worked with Datalliance customers in developing and deploying the Datalliance VMI system.

Jennifer Warner, Vice President of Administration

Jennifer Warner

Jennifer is responsible for all Datalliance administrative functions, including Finance/Accounting, Human Resources and Legal services in both the US and Europe. Jennifer first joined Datalliance in 1999 and has extensive experience in the "back office" functions that are critically important to support our growing organization and facilitate our ability to provide the highest level of service and support to our customers.

Doug Bethea, Vice President Consumer Goods Solutions

Doug Bethea

Doug is responsible for new supply chain innovations to support Datalliance's rapid growth in the consumer goods industry. Doug works closely with suppliers and retailers on new development initiatives that are driving the industry to the next generation of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions.

Prior to joining Datalliance in 2009, Doug spent 30 years at Procter & Gamble in several information technology leadership roles spanning supply chain, customer logistics and sales. Doug led the development of Procter & Gamble’s Continuous Replenishment Program (CRP) that became the VMI standard for the consumer goods industry in the late 1980s.

Doug is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, receiving a B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 1979.

Ellen Kaminski, Vice President of Marketing

Ellen Kaminski

Ellen is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy, brand management, market development and demand generation for Datalliance in the U.S. and EMEA. She is particularly focused on deepening the engagement with our customers and elevating the Datalliance brand in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Datalliance, Ellen spent over 20 years in marketing leadership and general management positions at global information services and technology companies.

Ellen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communications and holds an M.B. A. from Georgetown University with a concentration on Marketing.

Jeff Weaver, Vice President of Sales

Jeff Weaver

Jeff leads the Datalliance international sales force and is responsible for driving Datalliance’s explosive growth through customer acquisition and market penetration throughout the U.S. and Europe. Jeff is an accomplished leader with 20+ years’ sales and management experience. Jeff is focused on helping Datalliance customers drive better outcomes through the supply chain by lowering costs and increasing sales.

Prior to joining Datalliance, Jeff spent 15 years at LexisNexis, leading sales teams selling hosted software and professional services into the legal market. Additionally, Jeff is a veteran U.S. Army officer. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton.

Keith Hahn, Manager of Customer Care

Keith Hahn

As manager of Datalliance's Customer Care organization, Keith is in charge of all aspects of customer support, including the help line, education, documentation and final testing. During his 20+ year career, Keith has developed an extensive background in training, both in developing and delivering training for a wide audience of users. He was also responsible for the development of operational systems and processes for the leading franchised home repair and remodeling company across North America.

Steve Kemen, Director of Development

Steve Kemen

Steve is responsible for managing the evolution of the Datalliance software. With extensive experience in Software Development and Category Analysis, Steve has designed and developed software applications for the CPG, Financial, and Medical Equipment industries. In his 20+ years of experience he has served in various capacities such as team lead, lead designer, database administrator, project manager, and developer.

His experience working as a Category Analyst within the CPG industry has given him insight into item assessment, merchandising, and product life-cycle, all of which help him to develop applications that improve productivity and deliver business benefits.

Steve is a graduate of Miami University.
