Executive Team
Carl Hall, President and CEO
Carl founded Datalliance in 1991 as a consulting company, and
has led the company's transition to a service provider offering the premier vendor managed
inventory solution, Datalliance. Carl is responsible for general management of Datalliance and setting
the direction for continued product development.
Carl spent 14 years with IBM, acquiring management experience in distribution, customer
service and national marketing. As part of the IBM/Procter & Gamble team, Carl helped
create the original vendor managed inventory program between Procter & Gamble and
Wal-Mart.
In 1991, Carl left IBM to form Datalliance, with a focus on customer service and logistics. Carl
has personally worked with over 50 companies in developing and deploying the Dataliance VMI system.
Bob Jennings, Vice President of Sales
Bob is responsible for all of Datalliance's VMI sales and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Datalliance, he was VP of Operations for West Chester Holdings, Inc.. In this position, Jennings
had P&L responsibility for the company's $90M industrial and consumer safety business where he developed
new business channels and managed international buying relationships. He also served in sales and
national account management positions.
Jennings is a graduate of both Miami University and Xavier University. He received a B.A. in Economics
and Political Science from Miami University in 1992 and an MBA from Xavier University in 2001.
John Levine, Vice President of Development
John joined Datalliance as a consultant in 1992,
and is responsible for managing the Datalliance development team. He brings over 20 years
management, consulting and applications experience in the information services industry to
Datalliance.
John began his information technology career as a consultant with General Electric's
Information Consulting practice. He later left to form his own consulting organization, John
Levine and Associates, for five years prior to joining Datalliance.
At Datalliance, John has managed a variety of projects for customers such as Chiquita Brands, AK
Steel, Square D and Procter & Gamble. John served as the lead technical resource
supporting the data conversion tool used in populating Procter & Gamble's global data
warehouse.
Don Collins, Vice President of Operations
Don is responsible for managing
the deployment of Datalliance's hardware, software and people to maximize system efficiency and
availability. Don has 35 years of experience in the information
technology field, including 30 years with IBM. Don joined Datalliance as a consultant in 1992.
At IBM, Don gained a wide range of experience in computer hardware, communications and
services, and served as IBM Systems Support Manager in charge of worldwide support delivery to
Procter & Gamble. Don had the distinction of receiving the IBM Golden Circle Award, IBM's
pinnacle of achievement, in three of the last four years he spent at IBM.
Tammy Hoskins, Manager of Customer Care
As manager of Datalliance's Customer Care
organization, Tammy is in charge of all aspects of customer support, including the help line,
education, documentation and final testing. Tammy has 11 years of experience in information
technology support and services, including eight years in sales and marketing with IBM. Prior
to joining Datalliance in 1999, Tammy worked in customer support with Tangram Enterprise Solutions.
In early 2006, Tammy completed The Master of Science degree program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Wright State University.
