Operation/Data Center Update

The Operations Group has continued its initiative to move all production network traffic to high speed, redundant Internet links. This effort culminated with the move of both EDI exchange servers to the new fiber link, which will provide greater bandwidth resulting in higher transfer speeds and greater reliability.

In addition, the team completed a significant upgrade to the software in our AS2 server that has provided improved response time and vastly improved backup and recovery capabilities for this critical data exchange system. This process involved rebuilding the database and installing the latest version of Templar.
